About Bo

My name is Bo Nash and I’m originally from Oxford, MS. As of right now I’m a Sophomore here at UTC and I’m majoring in Environmental Science and minoring in Chemistry. My hobbies include hiking, fishing, and running. I’m also on the Men’s Tennis team at UTC.

I’m maintaining this blog along with my partner to better communicate scientific results from laboratories to an audience that might not be either educated or interested in science, especially ecology. I believe people should care about ecology because everybody is within the scope of ecology. Understanding the interactions between humans and the environment is important and people should take into account what kind of effect, whether positive or negative, they are having on the environment. I hope this blog can help pique interest in ecology and I believe this blog is different from others because it provides a fresh representation of ecological experiments from the point of view from a student.
